Tsveti Madrone
The Tsveti Madrone, or White Flower of Madrone, was created by Baroness Anastasia in XXVII (1993) to recognize excellence in arts and/or sciences. It recognizes skill in a particular discipline and can be awarded multiple times. The token is a triangular medallion with three blossoms, from which colored beads are hung to denote the accomplishment(s) being recognized. Bead colors are assigned as follows: gold = culinary, pink = costuming, red = paper arts and calligraphy, blue = crafts, green = sciences, silver = pewter & metal arts, purple = performance, aqua = study of performance arts, yellow = textile arts, white = research, clear = persona development, and pearl = hospitality.
